Neneng Goenadi is Country Managing Director of Accenture Indonesia since April 2013. Prior to this position, she has been entrusted to take several roles. Back to 1990 when she was first joined Accenture, she worked as Analyst until get promoted as Consultant in 1992, as Manager in 1994, and as Senior Manager in 1997. From 1999 to 2002, she was appointed to be in charge of South East Asia Australia Korea Finance Lead for Products and Resources.
Following her promotion as the Managing Director in 2005, Neneng undergoes strategic roles at Indonesia Resources Lead from 2003 until now, whose primary goal is to grow resources industry business in Indonesia. The mother of one daughter also undergoes her role at Asia Pacific Resources Inclusion and Diversity Lead (since 2008) and ASEAN Human Capital and Diversity Lead (since 2011).
Neneng is graduated from Parahyangan University majoring in Civil Engineering (1987) and Cleveland State University (MBA) majoring in Finance (1990). She also takes responsibility as Secretary of Quality Assurance – Bureaucracy Reform team since 2012.
