Noke Kiroyan is the Chief Consultant of Kiroyan Partners, consulting company which specialized in public affairs. He has wide-ranging experiences as chief executive of major electrical, oleochemical, and mining companies (respectively PT. Rio Tinto Indonesia, PT. Kaltim Prima Coal, and PT. Newmont Pacific Nusantara) before establishing Kiroyan Partners (PT. Komunikasi Kinerja) in 2006.
His educational background is diverse as well. He graduated in Communication Science from Padjadjaran University, Indonesia, Liberal Arts from Syracuse University, USA, and also held a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University, United Kingdom. Besides that, Noke also acquired professional accounting and commercial qualifications as Industriekaufmann in Germany.
His current organizational activities include being Vice Chairman of Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) and Chairman for Indonesia of the Paris-based International Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of National Committee on Governance and a member of Steering Committee of the bilateral Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Economic Governance (AIPEG).
